To brew a perfect cup of this tea: 1) Use freshly drawn water or filtered water in an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle. Place tea leaves in a covered teapot. 2) Heat water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 212F. 3) Pour water over tea leaves in the teapot immediately when it reaches the appropriate temperature and cover teapot covered to retain heat.
